Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To do so, please contact our customer support team at care.nyc@outlook.com as soon as possible.

1.2 If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may need to follow our return policy to return the item.

2. Refunds for Canceled Orders

2.1 If your order is successfully canceled before it has been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2.2 Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

3. Non-Eligible Cancellations

3.1 Orders that are customized, made-to-order, or marked as final sale cannot be canceled once placed.

3.2 Cancellation requests made outside the specified 24 hours are not guaranteed and may be subject to approval based on the current status of your order.
